The property is gated and each room will have a clicker for guests to operate the solar-powered sliding gate during their stay.
There is a $100 charge for lost/missing gate clicker upon check-out.
Guest access
Guests will have access to their private room and private bath, and all common areas (laundry, living room, kitchen front porch, etc).
Guests can be up to 2. However, that is only under special circumstances that require prior approval (2nd guest being a domestic partner/spouse, or child (over the age of 18)
